So spent a bunch of effort to arrange for a private sail boat for 3 hrs to see the sunset. Open bar, wine, cheese, sushi, dessert... but sadly it was abnormally windy - brrrrr. Oh well. Asked just as the sun was setting.
And she said yes. Of course. :)
